Standard CLEANIQUE CLEAN™ service typically takes 3–5 weeks from the time we receive your gown. Preservation and restoration services may take 4–8 weeks depending on the condition, fabric, and level of detail required. Your specialist will provide a more specific timeline after inspecting your gown.
Once you begin your CLEANIQUE™ order, you'll receive a shipping kit with instructions for safely packaging your gown. Prepaid shipping is provided both ways. Your gown is photo-documented at check-in, inspected by a specialist, and returned to you with insured shipping and tracking once care is complete.
